The resort was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. The Toscana Italian Restaurant was amazing. The food was fresh and flavourful. A special mention to Pedro our server. He was kind, and explained the menu to us. Great job! Thank you Pedro

Santiago was such an amazing server at the steak house steakville. Super nice and sweet. Honestly our whole stay was wonderful and I would 100% return to this resort. Everything is so clean and renovated. If you’re looking for a 4 start resort this place is honestly 5 stars. The service at every place was amazing!!!!

I love my room. Everything is very clean on the resort. Abraham and the team at the Steakville restaurant provided excellent service, and the food ordered by our family tonight was all delicious and expertly prepared. The cleaning, maintenance, kitchen, bar and creperie staff all have been working tirelessly and are definitely appreciated. We are part way through our stay and are happy to have lots of days left. The only downsides are the seaweed that apparently blew in the day before we arrived (which the maintenance team has been working on constantly - it seemed management could come up with a more efficient method of clean up), the red flag posted even in calm conditions (which apparently prevents them from lending out the snorkels and flippers) and the towel service having limited hours during the times we wanted to swim (especially on the first day we arrived.)

What an incredible place. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything feels so well cared for. The food was outstanding — we tried the steakhouse, the Japanese restaurant, and the burger spot, and every meal was delicious. Even the buffet impressed us with its variety; we never got bored of the options. Our very picky eater even called it amazing, which says a lot! The service was exceptional, and the staff were genuinely warm and friendly. There was the perfect balance of activities — plenty to do if you wanted to stay busy, or the option to simply relax and unwind. I would absolutely recommend this resort.

The entertainment team Irving and the rest are incredible! The seven days were filled with excellent activities and the shows in the evening are a must see! Sol at the kids club is incredible and my shy daughter wanted to spend everyday there with her! Unfortunetly guest services was less than accomodating, and not helpful and we were only able to get one dinner reservation during our 7 night stay which was disappointing as we were told three. Again the entertainment team, the kids club, the buffet staff, pool staff, life guards, cleaners and bar tenders work so so incredibly hard to ensure everyone has the best time during their vacation! Kudos to the team at Catalonia 2026!!

Our stay at the Catalonia was amazing from start to finish. The facilities are excellent, the staff is friendly, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. But the real highlight of our trip was the animation team. They put so much effort into organizing activities throughout the day and night, keeping guests entertained and engaged. A very special thank you to Marlen, who truly stands out. She is energetic, professional, and always smiling. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. Because of Marlen and the fantastic entertainment team, our vacation was not only relaxing but also incredibly fun. We can’t wait to come back!

Santiago was a great waiter. Good was very good at Steakville..yummy espresso martinis. The resort is smaller and easy to get around, with beautiful plants everywhere. The beach is on a lagoon, but keeps the sargassum.away, in a safe area to walk in. All the staff are super friendly, and quick to solve any small issues. We had privileged package, and really enjoyed Beloved option and staff there, too many to mention. Our room was well cleaned and very modern, so was the gym.and the spa.

We had an incredible dining experience tonight, and a huge part of that was thanks to Daniel and Rosa! From the moment we sat down, Daniel's warm and personable nature made us feel right at home. His cooking was absolutely outstanding — every dish was crafted with care and skill. Daniel is a true gem, and we'll definitely be coming back because of him. If you're lucky enough to have him cook for you, you're in for a real treat! Felipe is the Best!!!
